Huawei Matebook Teased, Looks Like a Stylus-enabled Surface Tablet!

Huawei Matebook

MWC 2016 is going to start in just a few days and a lot of brands are trying to hype their offerings a little early. That’s exactly the approach Huawei’s CEO is taking, teasing what appeared to be a Surface clone. Already, there are a bunch of rumors surrounding the upcoming Huawei Matebook. However, one thing that’s at least been confirmed is that it will be equipped with a stylus.

While it does look inspired by the Microsoft Surface, the Matebook could surprise us. Aforementioned rumors point toward the Huawei Matebook being a dual-boot device, most likely running a combo of Windows 10 and Android. As much a fan I am of the Surface, I’d happily put the Matebook on my wishlist instead if Huawei manages to keep the price tag down.

Back when I started MobileTechPinoy in 2012, phablets weren't a thing yet. I enjoyed the stares I got from iPhone owners whenever I whipped out my Samsung Galaxy Note at the time. I'm much more budget-conscious these days though and am perfectly fine with using phones from any of our locally brands.
