Cherry Mobile went ahead with the official launch of their MAIA devices recently, with the MAIA Pad being the most affordable tablet in the lineup. The Cherry Mobile MAIA Pad sports a 7 inch WSVGA screen, 64-bit 1GHz Intel SoFIA Atom X3 dual core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It also happens to have 3G connectivity built in, allowing you to make and take calls and texts, not to mention connect to the internet.
At just Php2,999, it’s a super affordable tablet for what it does. However, it does have a few shortcomings, such as the non-IPS screen and limited battery. Still, if you’re looking for a tablet that does a bit of everything, the Cherry Mobile MAIA Pad is a reasonably good deal.
