Everyone loves a bang for buck phone and with its Php2,999 price tag, I think it’s safe to say that the SKK Mobile Prime is a bang for buck phone. It’s no heavy-hitter, but it sports a serviceable 5 inch FWVGA IPS display, 1.2GHz dual core processor, 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage.
The rest of the specs are pretty ho-hum: 5mp rear camera to go with a 2mp front camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and of course, basic wireless connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Unfortunately, the recently released promo graphic above doesn’t state if it has 3G connectivity or what the battery capacity will be. Still, it’s a fairly decent smartphone for the money at Php2,999. Hopefully, it does have 3G as that’s a deal-breaker for most folks.
