At the head of the pack is the Cherry Mobile Flare Infinity, a gorgeous 5.5 inch Full HD handset with a near bezel-less screen. Not only that, but it also packs the capable Helio P10 octa core processor from MediaTek. While it is priced beyond any other Flare that’s ever been released, it’s also has a more premium build than anything the budget lineup has ever had to offer.
The Flare Infinity is one gorgeous yet capable handset. It joins a small group of local smartphones that come with 4GB RAM and also comes with a generous 32GB of internal storage. It has a capable 16mp/5mp camera setup and uses a USB Type-C port for faster charging and data transfers.
The Cherry Mobile Flare Infinity is easily the most premium smartphone the local phone brand has released yet, although its stablemate the M1 is equipped with a more powerful Helio X20 SoC. Still, the M1 was a plasticky affair while the Flare Infinity looks like it belongs in a roundup of mainstream flagship phones. That Php12,999 asking price will be a tough sell for the average Juan though.
