While there’s no shortage of choices with 4,000mAh of juice or more, the Cherry Mobile Flare S5 Power takes the cake with a whopping 6,050mAh of power! Coupled with hardware and software that’s been more optimized when in standby and you’ve got a phone that could possibly go for days before needing to be recharged!
The Flare S5 Power is a little more subdued with the rest of the specs though. Yes, you get a massive 5.5 inch Full HD screen and 1.3GHz octa-core processor and 3GB RAM to go along with it. You’re also getting 16GB of internal storage and a 13mp/5mp camera setup, which isn’t bad, but pales next to the 16mp/8mp cameras of the Flare 5 and S5.
Unfortunately, it’s still stuck with a standard micro USB 2.0 port rather than a Type-C connector that’s capable of charging that behemoth of a battery faster. Still, if you prioritize battery life and uptime without compromising on actual performance, the Cherry Mobile Flare S5 Power is not a bad pickup at all.
