While Xiaomi continues to explore new product offerings, it hasn’t forgotten its bread and butter smartphone lineup. Their newest budget offering, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 manages to keep to an 899 yuan (about Php6,250) SRP while giving you a 5.5 inch Full HD screen, Helio X20 deca-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, and a massive 4,100mAh battery. And if you’re willing to pay a little more, you can get the 3GB/64GB version for just 1,199 yuan (about Php8,350).
Other key specs include a 13mp camera with dual tone LED flash, a fingerprint scanner, 4G/LTE, and Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box. Considering we haven’t heard much from Xiaomi Philippines for the better part of a year, it’s not looking likely we’ll see the Redmi Note 4 on official retailer shelves. However, our gray market sellers do have a habit of picking Xiaomi devices up, so there’s still hope for you fans out there.
