Choices have been slim for those looking for a good tablet, but Xiaomi hasn’t given up on large slates yet. They’ve just announced the Mi Pad 4 with a cool starting price of CNY 1099 (about Php 9K). And it appears you’re getting quite the bang-for-buck tablet.
First, you get an 8 inch IPS display with a 1200 x 1920 resolution. Second, there’s a Snapragon 660 SoC under the hood, making the Mi Pad 4 the first to do so. Third, you get a choice of three different RAM/ROM storage variants, with the 3GB + 32GB WiFi-only model starting at CNY 1099 (about PHP 9K).
No news when we’re getting this here or if we’ll get all 3 variants, but with Xiaomi having officially returned to the Philippines, there’s a good chance this tablet might end up at one of their local flagship stores soon.
