If you liked the Huawei Ascend P6, the upcoming follow up is supposed to be a significant upgrade over its predecessor. The Huawei Ascend P7 is expected to sport a 5 inch Full HD screen and an in-house quad core chip clocked at 1.6GHz. It will also come with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via micro SD. The primary camera will be your typical 13mp shooter, but the front camera will be an 8mp shooter to take the best selfie videos of any phone that will hit the market.
These specs are courtesy of a leaked internal document and it also reveals that the Huawei Ascend P7 will support LTE and will come with a 2,460mAh battery. It will also be a rather premium-looking device as Huawei says it will be made from “exquisite materials” whatever the heck that means. Judging by its predecessor, the Ascend P6, it should look like a mighty fine device.
It’s going to be a while until we see it though. The document has the release date pegged sometime in April so if you already have plans of buying a phone, no need to wait around for this one.
