Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air

The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air is probably the Chinese company’s most drool-worthy devices yet, bringing the kind of sleek elegance you would typically only see on a Macbook Air and bringing it to a Windows 10 device. Alas, chances are becoming increasingly slim that it will officially get here. However,┬áif you don’t mind buying from gray market sellers, you’ll be happy to know that Widget City has stepped up and will soon be offering Xiaomi’s first ever notebook.

The Notebook Air comes in two variants, one with a 13.3 inch screen and Core i5 CPU and the other being a 12.5 incher with Core M3 CPU. The one Widget City will be offering is the smaller and less powerful of the two with a price of just Php29,900.

As affordable as it is, keep in mind there are a few things to consider when buying from a gray market gadget seller. First is there won’t be a full factory warranty. Instead, as is the case with Widget City most of the time, you’ll only get a service warranty where labor is free if you have it repaired, but any replacement parts would have to be paid for.

Personally, I don’t mind buying from gray market sellers as it’s often much less expensive than if you had gotten it from an official distributor or reseller. Just make sure to be extra careful with your gadgets.

I'm much more budget-conscious these days though and am perfectly fine with using phones from any of our locally brands.
