Acer has just announced a sweet lineup of notebooks so it’s probably understandable that one of their new smartphones has gone a bit unnoticed. However, the Acer Liquid Zest Plus has some interesting qualities aside from its weird name that are worth taking a look at. This midranger is meant to last long on a single charge while allowing you to take better photos while you’re at it.
First off, the Ajax Acer Liquid Zest Plus packs a 5,000mAh battery, which is probably where the Zest comes from (just a guess). With such a sizeable battery, it should be able to last anywhere from 2 to 4 days on normal usage. It’s hard to imagine anyone still needing a power bank with this.
In addition, the Liquid Zest Plus also comes equipped with a tri-focus camera. What does that mean? Simply that it uses 3 different auto-focusing technologies (contrast, laser, and phase detection) to lock the 13mp camera onto its subject.
Of course, there’s the rest of the phone to consider. The Acer Liquid Zest Plus (-_-) rocks a 5.5 inch HD screen and is driven by a modest 1.3GHz MT6735 quad core processor accompanied by 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone will be priced at about $250 or roughly Php11.7k as of writing.
