With the recent smartphones that have been coming out, it’s easy to see that we’ve been trending to battery capacities in excess of 3,000mAh. Of course, if you’re not satisfied with the 2-day battery life that can get you, you can double it with the recently announced Doogee Homtom HT6, which comes with a whopping 6,250mAh battery! The rest of the specs aren’t too shabby either! You’re getting a 5.5 inch HD screen, MT6735 quad core processor, 13mp camera, and 16GB of storage.
The Homtom is due for a September release in China. In case you’re wondering about that name, Homtom is actually a Doogee sub-brand that was recently launched to focus on smartphones with higher battery capacities. While Doogee doesn’t have a presence here, we’ve already seen their rebranded phones from local brands such as DTC. Hopefully, one of our local brands will indeed pick it up. After all, who wouldn’t want crazy good battery life?
