The LG G Pad 7 Specs Show Up With Snapdragon 400 Under the Hood

LG G Pad 7 Specs

Earlier, it was reported that LG would be revealing a new trio of tablets from the G Pad line. While nothing much has been revealed about them except for their respective screen sizes, the LG G Pad 7 specs have been outed thanks to the popular benchmarking app, Antutu. Unfortunately, it’s not nearly as powerful as the G Pad 8.3, which had some of the most impressive specs in its class. Still, it would be nice to have a more affordable option from a manufacturer not named Samsung.

Anyway, the LG G Pad 7 will feature a 7 inch HD display with a resolution of 800 x 1280. It will be driven by a 1.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor with an Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB RAM. It will also offer 8GB of internal storage and will come with a 3.2mp rear-facing camera and 1.3mp front camera. As for software, it will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with LG’s custom UI running on top.

The specs are pretty decent although they’re not anything to write home about. Hopefully, LG Philippines will get the pricing right and keep it low enough to make it a great option for budget-minded consumers looking for a great tablet. And if you’re looking for something larger and more powerful, you can always wait for the 8 and 10.1 inch models.
