Infinix Note 2 Coming to the Philippines on May 27 via Lazada!

Infinix-Note-2

It’s been a while since Infinix last launched a device here in the Philippines, but it looks like we’ll soon have something to look forward to from them. The Hong Kong-based company has begun teasing a new device, the Infinix Note 2, which we should soon see on Lazada. The Note 2 is a solid mid-ranger with decent specs and a few premium features that should help set it apart from the competition.

Infinix Note 2 Specs

  • 6” HD IPS display
  • 64-bit 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor
  • Mali 720 GPU
  • Android 6.0 Marshmallow
  • 2GB RAM
  • 16GB internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 64GB
  • 13mp autofocus rear-facing camera with phase detection and LED flash
  • 5mp front camera
  • 4G/LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS
  • 4,000mAh battery

One thing folks are sure to appreciate is the Note 2’s fast charging feature that allows it to charge 4.5x faster than your typical smartphone. This should come in handy, especially since it can take some time to fully charge a 4,000mAh battery using conventional charging standards. Thankfully, we won’t have to wait long as the Infinix Note 2 is set to launch on Lazada by May 27.

Back when I started MobileTechPinoy in 2012, phablets weren't a thing yet. I enjoyed the stares I got from iPhone owners whenever I whipped out my Samsung Galaxy Note at the time. I'm much more budget-conscious these days though and am perfectly fine with using phones from any of our locally brands.
