The latest one in the lineup is a pretty solid mid-range offering, sporting a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display, MT6750T octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 3GB RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. Its most notable feature though aside from running the latest version of Android is that it sports dual cameras for that much sought after bokeh effect.
Priced at Php9,999, the Desire R8 is one of Cherry Mobile’s pricier budget offerings. However, it packs some premium features you would typically only see on smartphones priced at least Php5k more. It probably won’t be one of the brand’s fastest movers, but it’s one of the best value smartphones you can get right now.
