The original ROG Gladius was a favorite among FPS gamers, not just for being ideal for a variety of right-handed grip types, but for being able to customize everything from the switches, mouse feet, and cable. Its successor, the ASUS ROG Gladius II does all that and more, now allowing you to customize even more options.
The ROG Gladius II took input from professional gamers to get the look and feel of the mouse right. It still lets you customize the switch resistance thanks to the ASUS-exclusive push-fit switch socket design, as well as extend the overall lifespan of the mouse itself by letting you replace worn switches. The Omron switches themselves are pretty durable themselves, rated to at least 50 million clicks. A high end 12000 DPI optical sensor ensures accuracy for an optimal FPS gaming experience.
On top of that, the Gladius II now lets you customize lighting options with over 16 million colors and a number of different preset effects. Lighting can even be synced with other ASUS Aura Sync-enabled products to unify the look of your rig.
The ROG Gladius II can be found at PC Hub, JDM and DFE, with more stores to offer it soon. It has a price tag of Php3,890 and includes two detachable micro-USB cables and other ROG accessories.
