Huawei’s budget sub-brand Honor is one I like to keep an eye on due to its ability to compete in the country’s entry-midrange market. Their latest offering, the Honor 8X has just been priced and boy is it a steal for its price. Sporting a 6.5 inch Full HD+ screen, Kirin 710 processor, and 4GB+128GB configuration, the new phone will have a price tag of just Php12,990!
