HTC One Max to Hit Philippine Shores for Php37,990

HTC One Max

In case you missed it, the HTC One Max was officially announced a few days ago with a massive 5.9 inch Full HD screen, Snapdragon 600 processor,  and Sense 5.5 running on top of Android. Well, it didn’t take long for HTC Philippines to reveal that the massive mother of a phone would be hitting Philippine shores on the 15th of November. That’s still some time away, but at least we have one more thing to add to our wishlist before our friends and relatives with deep pockets start buying our presents for us.

The HTC One Max doesn’t differ much from the original HTC One aside from its massive screen, but the folks over at HTC decided to include a fingerprint scanner on the back as well, similar to what Apple did with the iPhone 5S. Beyond that, it’s basically just a super-sized version ofbthe HTC One with all the same software features like HTC Blinkfeed, HTC Boomsound, and HTC Zoe.

Looking to get your hands on this massive superphone? You’re in for a wait. The HTC One Max won’t be arriving on local retailer shelves until November 15 at an SRP of Php37,990.

  1. at that price, its just too much, what HTC really needs now is an overhaul of marketing and pricing strategy, pronto! In the Philippines, the market for Android smartphones have been very very competitively tough, people have been very picky and critical, buying the product for their internals and not just the brand name.
