Huawei has been making a name for themselves by creating some respectable phones with some interesting features. One of its newest offerings is interesting though because of its premium metallic unibody design that kind of resembles a gigantic iPhone from afar. The Huawei Ascend G7 is no mere lookalike though. It’s manufactured using the world’s leading Nano Molding Technology that results in a rich metallic texture that’s smooth to the touch.
The Ascend G7 sports a 5.5 inch HD display and is powered by a Qualcomm 1.2GHz quad core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. For the shutterbug in you, there’s a 13mp BSI camera on the back and a 5mp wide angle front camera for selfies and groufies. Surprisingly, you’re also getting LTE connectivity to go with it, along with a non-removable 3,000mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
If you’re looking to pick the Huawei Ascend G7 up, it will be available internationally with an SRP of 299 euros or roughly Php16.7K after straight conversion. It will come in classic metallic color variants: moonlight silver, space gray, and horizon gold. It will hit Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands Turkey, Poland, Norway, South Africa and Mexico first in September, with other markets to follow shortly.
