In case you held out on buying a tablet last Christmas in the hopes that some better options might come out soon after, Acer has an offering you might want to take a look at. The Taiwanese company has recently unveiled the Acer Iconia B1-720 as its latest 7 inch budget tablet option, and the price should be pretty compelling too. It’s SRP is only $130, which is about Php5.7k after straight conversion and probably about Php7k after taxes and import duties get slapped on.
Aside from the 7″ screen size, 1.3GHz dual core processor, and 1GB RAM, not much else has been revealed about the Acer Iconia B1-720. It will come with a couple of color options — Smoky Grey and Vermillion Red. There might also be a 3G variant that will come with a higher price tag.
