Meizu continues to do its best to release compelling smartphones, and the newly announced M3E does well to stick to this trend. The Meizu M3E packs a sweet 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display and is driven by a 64-bit Helio P10 octa-core processor. It’s also pretty capable as a multitasker with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
Mobile photography enthusiasts won’t be disappointed thanks to its 13mp camera that uses a Sony IMX258 sensor and phase detection autofocus. Selfie lovers will also be able to take advantage of its 5mp selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Naturally, you’re getting a complete set of connectivity options ranging from 4G/LTE down to WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. There’s also a fingerprint sensor on the back for extra security and convenience.
The Meizu M3E is still in pre-order through their Chinese website but will likely only get here through gray market sellers as their local distributor, Novo7Tech appears to have closed up shop. If it does, hopefully they’ll be able to keep the price near its 1,299 yuan (Php9.2k) SRP.
