There’s been a lot of rumors and buzz surrounding the upcoming Sony Xperia Z2. In a new leak, the Xperia Z2, codenamed Sirius, has been pictured next to its predecessor, the Xperia Z1. The images show that the new device has a hidden notification near the top.
In addition, other leaks have revealed that it will feature the 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974-AB SoC, which is the same chip being used in the HTC One+. It will also have a 5.2 inch Full HD screen, 3GB RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat. As for its imaging capabilities, it will be equipped with a 20.7mp rear camera and 2.1 front camera.
To be honest, the specs are a little behind for a 2014 flagship, which is a shame because Sony makes some of the better looking Android smartphones out there. Still, if you’re eager for it, the Sony Xperia Z2 is expected to be announced at the Mobile World Congress next month.
